Feb 1 Worship Service and Construction Update

As construction on the new building continues, we are doing something a little different for Sunday worship gatherings while we finish the new building.  We are praying that we will be able to have our first service in the new building on February 8th.

Instead of meeting at our current building in Ault, we are traveling each Sunday to one of our Crossway Chapel Network sister churches on the front range to worship with them.  The last several Sundays have been a blessing to all!

We will leave HPH at 9:30 to travel together. You are welcome to meet us at WCC if you would like.

Construction Update:

The back rooms have been textured and painted and the doors and windows are ready to go in.  The tile is down on the floor in the bathrooms.  In the sanctuary décor has begun and the sound system is in.

In order to get everything to the point that we can pass final inspection and get a certificate of occupancy, tomorrow’s work session (and the ones Monday and Tuesday) are CRITICAL.  If we can get as many people as possible to come (especially tomorrow), we have a good shot at having our first service on the 8th.

Tomorrow we are going to finish the wall tile in the bathrooms and install the sinks and toilets.  We also need to install the doors, windows, and fixtures and get the rest of the carpet down in the back.  There are a BUNCH of little jobs that don’t require much expertise but we need as many hands as possible.  We would love to have to come lend a hand tomorrow and help get us “over the finish line”.

REMEMBER!!! You don’t need any special skills to help out!  We have several experts in all areas of construction and decor that are more than willing to teach you.
