Another HUGE weekend ahead!

Posted on by

Are you ready for another awesome weekend?

Please join us and ride on the float at the Nunn Harvest Festival parade on Saturday!

Guess who’s been named the Grand Marshals of this year’s Nunn Harvest Festival Parade?  The Sharehouse!!!

After 4 years of faithful service, the Nunn Harvest Festival Committee would like to recognize the sacrifice, commitment and impact the Sharehouse has had on the community by naming us “Grand Marshals” of the Harvest Festival Parade.

What an honor!

If you would be willing to ride in the parade with the church members of High Plains Harvest, Living Hope Community, and Highland Community churches (as well as the other servants from the community who serve at the Sharehouse), please be at the staging area in Nunn at 9:00am on Saturday the 22nd.  The staging area is just south of the Nunn Cafe on 85.  Be sure to look for the big, red flatbed trailer with all the hay bales and people

If you have a High Plains Harvest Church t-shirt, be sure to wear it!  If you don’t have one yet, we will have one for you at the parade.

Nunn Harvest Festival booth August 22

Once again we will be having a booth on Saturday, August 23rd at the Nunn Harvest Festival.  This is a fun time to reach out to our neighbors with a heart to serve and to share the truth of Jesus Christ.

Be sure to come on by, say hello, grab a free popsicle and maybe even take a run through the bounce house!  The hours for the booth with be 10:00am-2:00pm.

Church in the Park – August 23 in Nunn

As part of the Nunn Harvest Festival, we have been asked to conduct the annual church service in the park on Sunday, August 23.  This will be a great time of worship and Gospel message as we reach out into the community and worship the Lord together.

The service will be in the Nunn Park and begin at 9:00am.  We will not have our service at the church building that morning.

If you would be willing to help set-up the service, please be at the park in Nunn at 7:30am.  If you are able to stay a few minutes after the service to help pack everything up, we would greatly appreciate the help.
